PyTrilinos prerequisites:

  python 2.3 - 2.6
  swig version 1.3.38 or higher
  numpy 0.9.6 or better (python module for numeric n-dimensional arrays)

Configuration:

  Run cmake with the following options:

    -D BUILD_SHARED_LIBS:BOOL=ON
    -D Trilinos_ENABLE_PyTrilinos:BOOL=ON

  and the following recommended option: 

    -D Trilinos_ENABLE_ALL_OPTIONAL_PACKAGES:BOOL=ON

  To control where PyTrilinos is installed, use option

    -D PyTrilinos_INSTALL_PREFIX=...
