Threading export of tracks - performance of tracks

Lucidfox:
GtkBuilder files, replace libmp4, move to GIO
< LucidFox> ffmpeg libraries are not that well documented, though :/
< LucidFox> In fact, I wonder if in 2.0 it would be possible to switch to
libavcodec/libavformat for all format conversions, and get rid of the
						 shell scripts

< teuf> in the plugin-framework branch, did you rework how gtkpod handles ipods?
ie the offline db stuff and things like that and the fact that the modelnumber iS
				used everywhere?
basically, it would be really helpful if gtkpod stopped using the model number
everywhere, and if it stopped using itdb_parse_file (and used itdb_parse +
				mountpoint instead)
