  Compilation: ./configure ; make
  General install: make install (as root)
  Removal: make uninstall

You can also get a binary package for Slackware, RedHat or Debian 
distributions from the project homepage.

======== Description / Features

  GPC, which stands for GNOME Photo Collector, il a graphical tool
to display and classify images and pictures. Basic features are :
    - Store images references in a PostgreSQL database.
    - Add many comments on each film and/or image.
    - Use queries to extract corresponding pictures.
    - Quick visualization with thumbnails.
    - Single click image viewing / navigation.
    - Zoom functions.
    - Availability to use external editors.
